The successful applicant's responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage customer service enquiries via phone and in person, serving as the first point of contact with customers to promote quality customer service;
  • Relate with customers to find out their exact needs;
  • Create repair estimates, book in vehicles for service; order and check parts;
  • Data entry, reconciliation of creditor statements etc.
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles check in/out with customers.
  • Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles.
  • Consistently liaise between the customer, the insurance company and the workshop, keeping the customer updated with progress and ensuring a smooth process from beginning to end;
  • Prepare and present invoices to customers, including the processing of cash/credit transactions;
  • Assist Admin Manager and Service Manager as necessary.
